Little Buddies QLD Terms and Conditions
This is a contract between Little Buddies QLD and the pet owner/s. Pet/s are only accepted under these terms and conditions and leaving your pet/s here constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
Pet Boarding
1. Little Buddies reserves the right to refuse entry of any pet.
2. In the case of an incident with your pet requiring veterinary care (non-emergency or emergency), we will contact you or your emergency contact. Where we are unable to make contact, we will make decisions on your behalf in the best interests of the pet’s health. All veterinary care bills incurred will be payable by the owner.
3. The owner certifies that they are the sole owner of the pet, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances and is solely responsible for any and all acts or behaviour of the pet while it is in Little Buddies care.
4. Under no circumstances will Little Buddies, its employees or agents be responsible for paralysis tick, canine influenza, injury, loss, damage or death of any kind whatsoever, whether or not caused by any negligent act or omission of Little Buddies or employees, that may occur to any dog staying at Little Buddies.
5. The pet will be delivered to any person who is prepared to declare that they have the owners’ authority to do so, unless otherwise instructed in writing.
6. By signing these conditions, you hereby allow your pet to be photographed and/or filmed, which will occur only at Little Buddies premises in a controlled situation. Photographs and/or footage may be used by Little Buddies for promotional or advertising purposes.
7. By signing these conditions, the owner certifies to the accuracy of all information given about the pet, and that the owner has provided all relevant information about their pet and their pets health. The owner acknowledges by signing this contract they agree to the above terms and conditions.
Dog Daycare
1. Little Buddies reserves the right to refuse entry to any pet.
2. You agree to pay all veterinary costs for your dog incurred during the time the dog is in Little Buddies care.
3. You agree to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behaviour of the dog while it is in Little Buddies care.
4. Under no circumstances will Little Buddies, its employees or agents be responsible for paralysis tick, canine influenza, injury, loss, damage or death of any kind whatsoever, whether or not caused by any negligent act or omission of Little Buddies or employees, that may occur to any dog staying at Little Buddies.
5. You agree to be at your home address for the 10 - minute window confirmed with Little Buddies prior to pick up and drop off.
6. If you are not at home when the driver arrives to collect your dog, you will be contacted by SMS. In the event, you are unable to present the dog for collection within five minutes of receipt of the SMS the driver will move on to their next collection. In this instance, the daycare fee will be non-refundable.

Vaccinations
Pet owners must provide documentary evidence prior to check in that all dogs have been vaccinated in the last 12 months and more than 14 days prior to boarding or daycare.
Flea & Tick
All dogs must be on flea and tick prevention upon entry to Little Buddies, any animal deemed to have fleas or ticks will be treated with the appropriate product and the owners will incur all costs involved.
Undesexed Females
To reduce stress on other pets, Little Buddies does not board females in season.
Refusal To Accept
Little Buddies reserves the right to not accept any pet/s for admission for boarding or any other service offered by Little Buddies as it sees suitable without providing any reason.
Public Holiday & Peak Period Surcharges
Please be advised that a $5 surcharge per pet, per day will apply.
Payments
All online bookings require payment in full. Bookings must be paid in full prior to your pets’ arrival.
Direct Deposit Payments must be paid 2 business days prior to arrival

Early Departure:
There are no refunds or credits for early departure. Pick up prior to the date you booked for any reason what so ever will forfeit all remaining days and services that were booked and scheduled.
Cancellations:
If a booking is cancelled, Little Buddies reserves the right to offer either a refund or credit towards future services. Please be advised if eligible for a refund there are cancellation charges to be deducted. Cancellation charges are neither refundable nor transferable. The cancellation charge directly corresponds with how much notice and whether the booking is during:
• Non peak times Cancellation Administration Fee $20
• Peak Period Cancellation Administration Fee $50
Peak Period Cancellations:
Written notice of cancellation 7 days before check in date of guest’s arrival is eligible for a refund less the cancellation administration fees.
Less than 7 days’ notice before check in date of guest’s arrival comprises the entire booking fee and cancellation charges. This customer is not eligible for a refund.
Photos
The owner agrees to Little Buddies using and displaying photos of their pet/s for marketing purposes and use on social networking/media and or website of Little Buddies.
